The guest of the Resort who have not chosen the all-inclusive option can enter the SPA, wellness centre and pools by paying a €25 supplement per person per day.

Nothing will be charged if the request of cancellation is notified up to 14 days prior to the date of the arrival.
If the reservation is cancelled between 13 and 1 day prior to the date of the arrival, you will be charged for the first night of your intended stay.
If you fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will charged of all the nights of your intended stay and you will not receive any refund or credit.
